The Marketplace Industry Association Backs SB265 to Clarify Tax Obligations

Marketplace Industry Association has formally announced its support for Texas SB265. In a letter to the Texas Senate Committee on Finance, the association outlines how SB265 will provide much-needed clarity regarding the definition of "data processing service" within the Texas Tax Code, along with the definitions of other key terms relevant to marketplace transactions.
